Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team On Friday And Saturday nights. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Provide guests with menus
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth flow of service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is beneficial

$10 Hourly pay plus tip out from each server
